10-15 Minute Highlights

10-15 Minute Highlights tell the story of your day. Typically, they are no longer than 15 minutes in length; they are great for online sharing. We use live audio, such as your vows, readings and toasts, along with background music of your choice, to highlight the most important features of your day. This style of edit also comes with the full edited ceremony and all reception formalities at no extra cost.

3-5 Minute Highlights

This is a short edit that is great to share on social media. It’s edited to the length of one song and gets you pumped for your final film!

Documentary Style Edits

Doc-Edits retell the story of your day just as it happened in sequence from start to finish. Typical films are about 90 minutes in length. Live audio is maintained throughout the film while the music of your choice is still inserted into multiple locations. This approach is ideal for couples who want to relive the sights and sounds as they happened.

A: Yes. We accept credit cards through Stripe!

Q: Do you accept credit card payments?

A: We love to meet our couples! We also understand that wedding planning can be super stressful and busy, so if you can't fit in a meeting we can Skype or chat on the phone. Regardless of what you would like to do I always send out a questionnaire and set up a call prior to the big day to make sure I have everything I need. We also go over what time we should start and end filming and make sure we are on the same page that way you can spend time celebrating and not worrying about what your vendors are doing.

Q: Do you meet with your couples prior to booking?

A: Yes. We know several videographers that we can reach out to in case of an emergency. We also carry back up audio recorders and cameras in case of malfunction and we always have more batteries and cards than we actually need. Your footage is also backed up twice in case of drive malfunction.

Q: Do you have back up personnel and equipment?

A: We have to license the music that we use. We have several websites that we can license music from. Unfortunately, most popular music cannot be licensed.

Q: How do you choose what music to use?

A: The sooner the better. We take up to 3 weddings a weekend. We only book 1 wedding each day. It's best to start booking a year in advance as dates can fill up quickly.

Q: When is the best time to book your services?

A: Yes we are insured through Next Insurance.

Q: Are you insured?

Q: Do you offer drone footage?

At this time Still Water Wedding Films doesn’t offer drone coverage. We work side by side with experts who we would love to recommend to you upon inquiring!

Q: How long does it  take to receive our final film?

A: It can take up to 2 to 4 months depending on the time of year and how busy we are. We work diligently to get each and every film out in a timely manner.

Q: Do you charge traveling fees?

A: We do if it is more than two hours from our office. We are located in New Bedford, MA and can travel most of MA and RI without any traveling fees.  We can quote you on cost, so don't hesitate to ask! We are super flexible!

Q: Do you travel out of state?

A: Yes Yes Yes! We love to travel! We have gone as far as Geneva, NY and can even travel further if you would like!
